Task brainstorming session #1

Tasks:

- Developing template documents / Purchasing template documents
- Set up intranet for documents to be viewed/shared
- Recruit trained professional who can train others about project management
- Get EC people to train others to use Lotus and Banner
- Schedule meetings / training sessions / info sessions
- Assign project managers / team leaders
- Group similar projects into categories
- Contact Alumni / related sponsors to get money
- Set up physical project management office
- Transfer some of the staff from Customer Support group to the PMO
